Price Match Policy

Mad Merchant Games strives to give its customers the best prices possible and will always consider requests to match the advertised price of our Canadian Competitors. All price match requests are reviewed and issued at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.

To request a price match, please submit a link to a Canadian website where the requested product MUST be in stock and the price is in Canadian dollars (CAD). Price match requests MUST be submitted and approved prior to placing the order. 

Mad Merchant Games reserve the right to decline any price match request for any reason. 

Notable exclusions from Price Matching Policy include but not limited to:

• Resale websites such as Ebay, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, & TCGplayer
• Bidding/Auction Websites 
• Big Box Stores like Walmart, Costco, Toys R Us, Amazon
• Third party sellers on Walmart and Amazon
• Clearance or liquidation sale prices sold at a loss
