Code of Conduct

Mad Merchant Cards and Games Limited tries to create a welcoming environment for all customers and players. However, this requires guaranteeing certain basic standards of safety and comfort for our customers and staff.

Mad Merchant Cards and Games Limited reserves the right to refuse service to individuals for any reason at any time.

Possible reasons include but are not limited to:

Actions that will result in immediate prohibition from the store and its services including, 

• Theft of store or other customers’ property
• Cheating in tournament play
• Violence against store staff or customers
• Harassment against store staff or customers
• Hate-speech
• Showing of age-restricted or obscene content
• Under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants
• Any illicit activity on store grounds

Actions that will result in a warning, or may result in immediate prohibition if severe enough or repeated offense:

• Bad hygiene, including unpleasant odors. Remember to shower, dress appropriately, wear clean clothes that are dry and without strong mildew scent, and use deodorant
• Disruptive behaviour to other businesses and mall staff. E.g. running in the halls, loud speech or sounds, smoking in-doors
