Pre-Order Policy

Cancellation of any pre-orders will incur a 10% processing fee based on total order value regardless of any reason; including release date delays, production factors, distribution factors, etc.

Pre-order limits may be placed on select products. Orders placed for multiple copies of a single product may be reduced due to limited quantities. Any reductions in a pre-order will be communicated to the customer via email. 

Orders that contain pre-orders will be shipped when all products become available for sale. A customer may request that an order be shipped in multiple deliveries by using the “Contact Us” page and paying any shipping fees related to the additional delivery.
