Pre-Order Policy

Cancellation of any pre-orders will incur a 10% processing fee based on total order value regardless of any reason; including release date delays, production factors, distribution factors, etc.

Pre-order limits may be placed on select products.Orders placed for multiple copies of a single product may be reduced due to limited quantities. Any reductions in a pre-order will be communicated to the customer via email.
