Membership Program

Join the Mad Merchant’s Guild!

Starting October 1st, 2026, anyone who has or makes a customer account will be enrolled into our Mad Merchant Guild membership program with points rewarded for every dollar spent!

Perks Include:

GUILD MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS

Guild points will be redeemable for discounts on purchases in-store and online. Membership discounts can be combined with other discounts and promotions. Only one membership discount can be applied per purchase.

List of discounts and redemptions can be found in the Rewards Tab on the left side of the website.

GUILD MEMBER ADVANCED ACCESS:

Guild members will also be rewarded tokens in the respective game for attending events.

Regular Weekly Tournaments: 2 Tokens

Other Tournaments: 1 Token

Upon receiving 6 Tokens in a given month, guild members will be given advanced access to NEXT MONTH'S pre-orders or event tickets for that game. Product limits and event registration requirements still apply.

For example, a Guild member who attends 3 weekly Riftbound Nexus Nights during October will be rewarded 6 points and have Advanced Access for Riftbound events and preorders that are happening in November!

Guild Members that qualify for Advanced Access will be notified of events via email and will have 1 week to purchase in-store.

For new members, their first month of membership will only require 4 points to earn Advanced Access.
