Return Policy

All TCG singles are FINAL SALE. 

Mad Merchant Games will gladly offer a refund on only sealed products within 14 days of delivery as long as the product is in its original condition and unopened when it arrives back to us. 

We will not offer refunds to any products sent back if a return request was not submitted prior to us receiving the returned products. 

Mad Merchant Games will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

Mad Merchant Games will happily refund any cancellations for event participation prior to the event start time. 

Once an event starts and participant cancels for any reason, Mad Merchant games will not offer refunds. The participants will still be eligible to claim any participation items associated with the respective event.
